How do I check the status of a claim?
If you have an account and haven’t already logged in: Log into the website using the username and password you selected when creating your account and then click on the claims button.
If you haven’t created an account yet: Click on the Create Account button on the left hand side of the page. Enter all the information requested (please note: this information must match exactly what the school supplied for you on their eligibility list). If this information matches exactly you will have access to your claim information if there is any. If you get a message that says you don’t have access please call our Claims Call Center at 1-800-756-3702.
